This notice explains how the Honk If You’re a Butt Munch™ platform, a campaign by Kreative Clan, uses information you choose to share.
What we collect
When you join, we save your nickname, email address, selected Bengaluru neighbourhood, quiz score or pledged membership status, membership number, referral attribution, and signup time. When you join a merchandise waitlist, we save the product, size, colour, quantity, notification consent, and time. We don’t collect your location, driving history, payment details, or delivery address.
What appears publicly
The site publishes aggregate membership counts by neighbourhood and total merchandise picks. Your email address, individual quiz answers, and merchandise selections are not published. Nicknames appear publicly only through the opt-in, reviewed mural feature described below. Your nickname and area appear on a licence that you choose to download or share. Referral links contain a random campaign code.
Artwork, votes, and the community wall
You can save your licence decorations, digital bumper, and merchandise vote to your membership. Your tile and neighbourhood become public only if you explicitly choose to publish them. Your nickname appears only if you opt in and the campaign team approves it. You can unpublish your tile at any time. The bumper share link contains only your selected preset artwork and sticker positions, never your account details.
Honker confessions use a separate random, HTTP-only cookie for 90 days. Answers are stored under a hash of that random identifier, independently of your membership. Aggregate results are public. You can remove your responses below.
Why we use it
We use these details to issue your campaign licence, maintain your membership, credit referrals, manage merchandise demand, and send the product notifications you request. General campaign updates require a separate optional opt-in.
Cookies and infrastructure
One essential, HTTP-only session cookie lets this device access your membership for up to 90 days. We do not set advertising cookies. Hosting and database providers process information to operate the platform. Google Fonts may receive your IP address when fonts load. To limit abuse, we temporarily store a hash derived from the request’s IP address and the hour; it is not a public profile or tracking identifier.
Your choices
You can remove merchandise picks and delete your membership from the licence panel on the device you joined with. Deletion removes the related reservations, sessions, and notification records. Unsubscribing stops both campaign updates and future merchandise emails without deleting membership. A shared downloaded licence remains under your control.
Retention
Membership information stays while your membership is active. Session access expires after 90 days. Expired session and abuse-prevention records are removed during maintenance. Sent-notification records are kept to prevent duplicate launch messages. You can delete your membership at any time while signed in.
Before sharing
Please do not submit someone else’s email, identify other road users, or include sensitive personal information in your nickname. This platform is intended for people aged 18 and over.
